Processing Time
All physical products are made to order and carefully prepared before shipment.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
